Membership Rules
Rules are subject to change without notice
- All Members and guest participants must meet all Participant Requirements listed online and have a valid Waiver Form signed by a legal guardian. One waiver is required for each person participating in any Adventure Park feature – this includes both children and adults. Every Waiver form is valid for 365 days from the date of completion, so you do not need to fill out a form again for multiple visits in the same year or season.
- Named Member(s) on card must be present and provide a picture ID matching membership name at the time of entry or admission fees will be required
- Children/Grandchildren must be accompanied by Named Member(s) or Named Caregiver to receive free admission. If children are not with Named Member(s) or Caregiver, admission fees will be required for everyone
- Members are not able to send their card with someone else to give their children free admission (this includes grandparents, family members, friends, etc. The named Member(s) or Linked Caregiver must be present)
- Caregivers under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their legal guardian
- Children must live, or reside primarily, at the Named Member’s household; grandchildren are not required to reside in the same household
- Guest(s) must be accompanied by Named Member(s) to receive free admission
- Any visitors, adult children, or additional guests not covered by your membership will be required to pay admission
- Family Memberships are valid for a maximum of two named adults and four children per card. Additional memberships are required for families with more than six people
- Memberships are valid for 1 year from date of purchase and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and revocable
- Guest passes are valid for 1 year from date of Membership purchase
- Adventure Park Memberships do not include admission to the NEW Zoo
Memberships Activate Upon Purchase
All memberships and gift memberships are active immediately upon purchase. You or your gift recipient may visit the Adventure Park ANY TIME during regular business hours after making your online Membership purchase. Our membership system updates your status immediately and you can download your membership cards almost instantaneously through the eMembership Card App. Membership cards are no longer printed, unless requested or when the membership is given as a gift. If a printed Membership Card is required for a membership that is NOT a gift, please reply to your membership order confirmation with a request for printed card.
