Accessible Zip Lining
The trained, professional staff at the Adventure Park will gear each participant up and prepare you for the zip lining experience. You’ll be lifted to the top of the 50-foot fire tower and attached to one of the Dual Racing Zip Lines. From there, the adventure will take you down the 1000-foot zip line, where staff will lower you directly from the line to the ground at the end.
Participants must met our requirements and sign up for a reserved time slot. Participants must be 6 years or older, and weigh no more than 200lbs. Family members are encouraged to attend this special event! Reservations can be made online or by calling 920-662-2415.
Unable to participate in one of the scheduled days, contact us about other opportunities. zip@newzoo.org
“Was a great experience and would recommend it. At 87 it is impossible for me to experience this but through this offer I was able to enjoy the wonderful experience.” – Dianne Holznecht
“The accessible zip line was an amazing experience for our daughter. The staff made her feel welcome and comfortable and boosted her confidence when she was unsure. When she came flying down she said she felt like Peter Pan! She talked about her experience for at least a week afterwards. Thank NEW ZOO staff for this opportunity.” – Samantha Platkowski
“The staff was amazing. They were patient, friendly and answered my questions and concerns. It was-an amazing experience beyond my wildest expectations.” – Roger Vandervest
“It was all great. It would have taken a lot of energy out of me having to do all the steps. Always wanted to try it, but the steps was always the problem. I would do it again.” – Tanya Krueger
“We as parents try very hard to find things to help our very disabled son “live life to the fullest”. When I searched and found Accessible Zip Lining at the Adventure Park I knew we had to give it a try. The whole experience was Fantastic. Starting with communication with Nathaniel about the program, easy registration, smooth check-in, making sure our son was safe and secure to the interaction with the young staff members and feeling their enthusiasm about the program. We were very impressed and an activity that we will certainly try again next year!!” – Lisa Cherek
“Grandma is 90 and young at heart. She is a playful, adventurous soul and in her condition is unable to walk much or bear weight. For her to be able to safely experience the adventure of zip lining is truly remarkable! Her great granddaughter zip lined alongside her! Thank you for offering accessible zip lining and providing such an awesome family memory.” – Jenika Sanders
