The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park is proud to announce the official launch of its new Team Building Adventures. The Adventure Park at the NEW Zoo is a world class facility that offers a wide variety of activities and services that will meet all group needs for any type of outing.

The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park Team Building Adventure is structured to be combined with any Adventure package or as a stand-alone event. Each program is custom designed to meet the teams’ goals and objectives through a pre-program planning process. Our experienced facilitation experts work with the team leader to design a fun and educational adventure experience in which all team members can participate. Not able to get your group to us, we can come to you.

Team Building Pricing

• Rates start at $150 per hour (per 12 participants)

• Indoor meeting spaces, presentations or meals before or after your on-course experience

The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park offers a unique experience unlike any other Adventure Park in the Midwest or even the World. The really unique thing about our facility is the extremely high interaction time and exclusivity of the adventure. The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park can accommodate groups of up to 45 people and can get all 45 people on-course and interactive at one time. Unlike many other Adventure Park experiences where there is very low interaction (many people standing around), during the experience at the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park, everywhere you look you will see one of your team members climbing, zipping, or rappelling. This allows for a really fun and supportive environment in which we often see and hear a lot of cheering, hooting and hollering. By the time your group leaves, the members of the team will be mentally and physically exhausted, in a good way!

The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park and Team Building Adventures are designed with a “Challenge by Choice”© theory in mind. Our goal is to provide a supportive environment that allows everyone to choose whatever level of challenge they are comfortable with while encouraging each participant to step outside of their comfort zone and be a team player in some way.

At the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park we can design and implement a Team Building Adventure, that allows the team members to gain a greater sense of “self” within the group, group processes as well as learn skills and important aspect of the team that they can take back to work and utilize to improve team performance.
