The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park is partnering with B3 Recycling Solutions to host an electronics recycling event this Sunday, April 23rd. Members of the public can stop by the zoo’s main parking lot (at the bottom of the hill) anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to drop off electronic or metal items. Anything with a cord, battery, or engine, or just anything made out of metal, will be accepted. Most items are free to drop off, but there are some fees required for TVs, monitors, and items containing Freon (see list below). Funds that result from the recycling of these items will directly support the NEW Zoo & Adventure Park.
