Membership Discounts

The FAQs below should answer all your questions about receiving your membership discounts when purchasing tickets and programs online. If you have any questions, send us an email.

I’m a Zoo Member. How do I receive a ticket or other program discount when purchasing online?

Your discount will automatically apply as long as you are logged into your Membership Account with our shopping system. If you haven’t already, create your Membership Account today with our online shopping system (called “Blackbaud”) on the page linked below. Be sure to use the same email address that is connected to your Zoo Membership – otherwise, the system may not recognize you as a Zoo Member. If you need us to change the email address associated with your Membership, send us an email.

How do I log in to receive my Zoo Member discount?

After you click on the ticket sales link, click on the “Sign In” button located on the top right corner of your screen (see image below). The login works best on desktop computers vs mobile devices, but can be done on a mobile device. You’ll need to click directly into the box that says “email” and then can use your tab or ^/v buttons to navigate to the Password box and then to the “Sign in” button.
