As an AZA accredited facility, the NEW Zoo participates in a reciprocity program for our Members to enjoy discounted or free admission to over 160 other AZA accredited zoos and aquariums across the country and internationally.  The NEW Zoo also has negotiated reciprocity with additional facilities that are not AZA accredited.  The list below includes the zoos and aquariums that participate with the NEW Zoo for reciprocity.

Benefits at each facility vary and may change without notice.  ALWAYS call ahead to the facility you are interested in visiting to determine what benefits are available for NEW Zoo Members and what they require to receive those benefits.  Some facilities that do not charge admission may offer discounts in their gift shop or towards other attractions.  For a list of all reciprocating facilities with contact information at each participating zoo and aquarium, please download this pdf: Reciprocal Zoo & Aquarium List.  The AZA updates the reciprocity chart throughout the year and that list may be more up-to-date: AZA Reciprocity Rules and Chart.  Please note: The Milwaukee Zoo, Racine Zoo, and Brookfield Zoo have chosen to NOT reciprocate with the NEW Zoo.

Additionally, members from other AZA accredited zoos and aquariums may receive discounted admission to the NEW Zoo* for two adults and two children.  Please call our Visitor Center at 920-434-7841 to determine your benefits.  Please note: The Milwaukee Zoo, Racine Zoo, and Brookfield Zoo have chosen to NOT reciprocate with the NEW Zoo.  If a zoo or aquarium is not listed on the PDF available below, they do not reciprocate with the NEW Zoo.

*Discounted admission is not valid for special events or any event that is not included with normal admission fees for the NEW Zoo.  No discounts are given at the Adventure Park for members from other AZA facilities.  The NEW Zoo reserves the right to change or modify the reciprocity policy at any time.  The NEW Zoo only provides the benefit of reciprocity for two adults and two children from participating AZA facility members and other negotiated zoos.  Please call ahead to confirm benefits you will receive as a member to a different facility.
