Registrations are NOT CONFIRMED until we receive payment. Please submit payment within one week in order to secure your spot(s).
Once we receive payment, zoo staff will email you a confirmation with the names and confirmed program dates of all children you registered. We will also send out an email reminder, as well as additional materials to help your prepare for camp via US mail near the end of June or 1st week in July. Please keep us updated to any changes in your mailing address or telephone number/contact information between now and July/August. We’d hate for our mailings to get lost on their way to you!
To pay via credit card:
Ignore the date on the payment page. It is just a “place holder” for us to process your payment easily.
- Add the quantity of Zoo Camps you are paying for into your cart. (Again, don’t worry that the date doesn’t match the date you registered for; this is just the generic date we had to use for the online payment system.)
- When viewing your cart, Zoo Pass Members should enter the DISCOUNT CODE provided in your email, then click APPLY. Your cart will be updated to reflect the discount of 20% off the program price.
Programs occur rain or shine. Cancellation and Severe Weather Policies are as follows:
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made prior to one week before the date of the program will be refunded 50% of the price of the program.
- Cancellations made within one week of the program and/or “no-shows” on the day of the program will not receive a refund.
Severe Weather Policy
- Programs will be cancelled by the NEW Zoo if Green Bay City Schools are cancelled due to severe weather or in the event of a severe weather warning in Brown County.
- If your program is cancelled by the NEW Zoo, you will be informed by telephone as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund.
- Programs WILL OCCUR during rain and snow if no severe weather warnings are present.
