Zoo Camp Registration

Before registering your child(ren) for camp, read through all policies on our Summer Zoo Camp page.

Members receive a 15% discount that will be applied automatically to your shopping cart – BUT – you MUST be signed in to your membership account in order for the discount to be applied. We recommend that you sign in (or REGISTER using the email address tied to your membership if you have not yet done so) BEFORE you add camp programs to your cart. Detailed instructions on how to receive the discount are provided below (scroll down).

 

1st through 4th Grader Registration

Select your preferred date from the list, then add the desired number to your cart. After you fill in the Registrant Info (which is YOUR information) and the Participant Info (your children’s information) and Add to Cart, you can come back to this list to choose additional dates. Add them to your cart and then you can check out just once for all programs. Remember, each child can attend up to two dates total, with different topics.

1st-4th Grader Registration

5th through 7th Grader Registration

You’ll see all the program dates listed on this page. You’ll need to enter your desired quantity for your chosen date next to the box that says “Camp Program,” then hit “enter” or “add to cart.” Next, you’ll need to fill in the Registrant Info (YOUR information) and the Participant Info (your child’s info) and hit ADD TO CART again to move forward to the check-out page. Remember, each child can attend one set of dates.

5th-6th-7th Grader Registration

If your desired date(s) do not appear in the lists provided at the links above, that means the date(s) is/are currently full. You can sign up for our Wait Lists by completing this form below. If/when something opens up on your desired(s) date(s), we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

Zoo Camps Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to one week before the date of the program will be refunded 50% of the price of the program. Cancellations made within one week of the program and/or “no-shows” on the day of the program will not receive a refund. If you need to reschedule your date, we will help you do that at no cost, as long as there is space remaining in your new preferred date and your initial program date has not passed. Just send us an email for more information.

Member Discount FAQs

I’m a Zoo Member. How do I receive my discount when purchasing online?

Your discount will automatically apply as long as you are logged into your Membership Account with our shopping system. If you haven’t already, create your Membership Account today with our online shopping system (called “Blackbaud”) on the page linked below. Be sure to use the same email address that is connected to your Zoo Membership – otherwise, the system may not recognize you as a Zoo Member. If you need us to change the email address associated with your Membership, send us an email.

How do I log in to receive my Zoo Member discount?

After you click on the ticket sales link, click on the “Sign In” button located on the top right corner of your screen (see image below). The login works best on desktop computers vs mobile devices, but can be done on a mobile device. You’ll need to click directly into the box that says “email” and then can use your tab or ^/v buttons to navigate to the Password box and then to the “Sign in” button.
